Who actually performs the treatments?
Injectable and device treatments at Redefyn Aesthetics are performed by Mallory David, MSN, FNP-BC — a board-certified nurse practitioner whose California licence is publicly verifiable — under protocols set by Dr. Joel Pengson, MD, the medical director. Never a technician with an unverifiable title. Both licences can be checked from our About page.
Where are you, and how do I find Suite 200?
Redefyn Aesthetics is at 23180 Hemlock Ave, Suite 200, Moreno Valley, CA 92557 — convenient to Riverside, Perris, Redlands and Beaumont. Parking at the building is free. If you have any trouble finding the suite on the day, call (951) 221-3988 and we will talk you in.
Do you take insurance?
The aesthetic treatments at Redefyn Aesthetics are elective, so they are not billed to health insurance. The practice accepts card payment, and monthly payment plans are available through Affirm and Cherry — you can prequalify for either without affecting your credit score.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Call the practice as early as you can at (951) 221-3988 and we will rebook you. Appointments are how the room is planned — the earlier we know, the easier it is to offer your time to someone else and find you a better one.
Can I be treated while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No treatment at Redefyn Aesthetics is provided during pregnancy or while breastfeeding — that includes injectables, lasers, chemical peels, microneedling and the medical weight loss programme. Tell us when you book — a consultation is still welcome, and many patients use it to plan treatment for afterwards.
