Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing here is a substitute for a consultation. The descriptions of treatments are general information written to help you decide whether something is worth asking about. They are not an assessment of you.

Reading this site, sending us a message, or booking an appointment does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins at your consultation, when a licensed practitioner assesses you in person.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use this website or our booking system to report one.

02Results are not guaranteed

Aesthetic medicine is not an exact science and people respond differently. Any times, durations or outcomes described on this site are typical ranges, not promises. Your own result depends on your anatomy, your skin, your medical history, the product used, and how your body responds.

No result is guaranteed, and no treatment is suitable for everyone. Your practitioner will tell you at consultation what is realistic for you — and will decline to treat you if a treatment is not indicated.

03Booking, deposits and cancellation

Appointments are booked through our booking system or by telephone. We operate by appointment only.

A $50 deposit is taken when you book, and it goes towards the cost of your treatment. It is not an extra charge — it comes off your bill on the day.

If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit is protected and carries over. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, the $50 deposit is non-refundable.

We hold that line because an appointment you do not attend is one we could not offer to somebody else. Twenty-four hours is usually enough for us to fill it. If something genuinely goes wrong, call us on (951) 221-3988 and talk to us.

04Prices and payment

Prices are confirmed at your consultation, and current prices for bookable services and packages are shown in our booking system and online store at the time of purchase. We may change prices, and a change does not affect a treatment you have already paid for.

Payment plans through Affirm and Cherry are offered by those companies under their own terms, and eligibility is their decision, not ours. We are not the lender and we do not set the terms of your plan.

Gift cards and packages purchased through our online store are subject to the terms shown at the point of purchase.

05Your responsibilities

Tell us the truth about your health. Your safety depends on it. You must disclose your medical history, medications, supplements, allergies, previous treatments, and whether you are pregnant or nursing. Some treatments on this site are not safe in pregnancy.

Follow the preparation and aftercare instructions your practitioner gives you. Many of the risks associated with these treatments are materially reduced by doing so.

You must be 18 or over to book treatment.

06Photographs

Photographs taken for clinical assessment form part of your medical record. We will not use any photograph of you in marketing, on this website, or on social media without your separate written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

07Text messages

We run two text message programs. Both are opt-in, both are free to leave, and neither is a condition of treatment.

• Appointment messages. Confirmations, reminders and changes to your booking. You join by giving us your mobile number when you book. Message frequency follows your appointments — typically a confirmation when you book and a reminder before your visit.
• Marketing messages. Offers, events and practice news. You join this one only by asking us to, separately and explicitly. Booking a treatment does not put you on it. Message frequency varies.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or call (951) 221-3988.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you for messages; your carrier may.
• Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of treatment or of booking. You can book with us, and be treated by us, without agreeing to any of it. Tell us and we will call you instead.

We do not sell or share your mobile number. What we do with it is set out in our privacy policy.

08Using this website

You may read this site, print pages for your own use, and share links to it. You may not copy our text, images or design for commercial use, scrape the site, or attempt to interfere with it.

The text and design of this site belong to Redefyn Aesthetics. Product names — including Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Xeomin, Daxxify, Juvéderm, Restylane, Radiesse and Sculptra — are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what we use.

09Third-party services

Our booking system and online store are provided by Moxie. Our payment plans are provided by Affirm and Cherry. When you use those services you are dealing with those companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they operate.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Redefyn Aesthetics is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on general information published here rather than on advice given to you in a consultation.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for the clinical care we provide, for personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit. We are not trying to contract out of our responsibilities as a medical practice, and we could not if we wanted to.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after a change, that is acceptance of the updated terms.
